Warranty Coverage
All avylo products come with a two-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
By registering your avylo product, you can extend your total warranty coverage to five years at no additional cost. Product registration also allows us to provide faster and more accurate support, and ensures you receive important product updates or recall notifications, should they ever be necessary.
Our Commitment
If your product experiences a covered defect during the warranty period, avylo, at its discretion, will replace the product or provide replacement parts at no additional cost.
If a product design flaw is identified that makes your product unusually prone to failure, we will replace it—because your trust matters more than technicalities.
What's Not Covered
We believe in transparency. The following situations are not covered under this warranty:
- Non-Official Purchases
Only products purchased from avylo Official Stores on Amazon or Shopify are eligible. Purchases from unauthorized sellers or third-party storefronts are not covered. - Second-Hand or Used Products
Products obtained through resale, auctions, or used-goods markets are not eligible for warranty coverage. - Normal Wear and Tear
Cosmetic changes such as scratches, fading, or stains that do not affect product functionality. - Misuse or Improper Care
Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, commercial use, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. - Force Majeure Events
Damage caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters (earthquakes, floods), war, or similar circumstances. In such cases, we are still happy to offer guidance or discounted replacement options whenever possible.
